摘　　要：讲解与示范是体育教学中最常用的教学手段,讲解能使学生产生抽象动作概念。示范能使学生产生直观的动作概念。如何使用好这两种教学手段是能否上好一节课的前提,根据教学的经验对讲解与示范的要点作了提示。Explanation and demonstration are the most common - used methods in PE teaching. Explanation can make students have abstract concept of motion while demonstration can make them have concrete concept of motion. How to use these two methods well is the premise of a good class. Essentials of explanation and demonstration were given according to PE teaching oractice.
