摘  要:目的:建立食品中钼含量的原子吸收光谱测定方法。方法:将食品样品经干灰化法消解或硝酸消化后,用石墨炉原子吸收直接测定。结果:方法的检出限为3μg/L,精密度为3.8%-6.0%,用国家标准物质杨树叶测定结果回收率干灰化法为94.5%,硝酸消化法为86.9%,曲线的线性范围在0-60μg/L之间。结论:该方法适用于食品中钼含量的测定。Objective:To establish a method for determination of molybdenum content in food GFAAS. Methods:Mter food samples were digested by ashing or by nitric acid, their molybdenum content was determined by GFAAS directly. Results:The detection limit of the method was 3 μg/L, the degree of precision was 3. 8% -6.0%, standard samples aspen leaves had been digested by ashing and by nitric acid, and recovery rates were 94.5% and 86. 9% respectively. The linear range of standard curve was 0- 60μg/L Conclusion :This method is suitable for determination of molybdenum content in food
