摘　　要：文章从基于案例的学习的角度分析了教学光盘资源对教师教学设计的支持作用,接着从教学事件的角度阐述了应用教学光盘资源进行教学时应注意的问题和策略。最后文章提出中小学教师应合理应用好教学光盘资源,实现教师专业成长。This paper analyzes how teaching CD supports teacher in instructional design from the perspective of case-based learning. After that, problems and strategies are expounded from the perspective of instructional events when applying teaching CDs. Finally, the authors suggest that teachers should apply CD resources to promote their professional development.
