摘　　要：我国高校成人教育在目前"千校一面"、雷同发展的现状下,尤其需要从战略的高度研究特色问题,在发展战略规划中突出特色、形成特色、强化特色,形成核心竞争力和可持续的竞争优势,促进整体办学水平的不断提升。Adult education in China＇s colleges and universities has the same current situation of the development. This paper has put that it＇s particularly necessary to study characteristics from a strategic perspective, such as highlighting the characteristics, forming and enhancing the characteristics in the strategic planning of development, so core competitiveness and sustainable competitive advantage can come in shape so as to raise the overall educational level.
