摘 要:采用适宜比例的混合提取液,直接从菜籽粕中提取酚类物质,避免了因几次转移器皿可能引起的玷污。菜籽粕经3次提取,基本萃取完全,于725nm处进行比色测定。以sinapicacid作标准物质,绘制标准曲线。该方法可以从菜籽粕中分离出游离态、酯溶性、难溶性3种酚类化合物。测定结果初步看出,菜籽粕中酯溶性酚类化合物的含量较高,约占总酚量70%~80%。此分析方法易操作,定量组分准确。A method for the quantitative analysis of complex phenolic acids in the rapeseed meal was developed.It based on the effective extraction of free,esterified and insoluble——bound phenolic acids by appropriate solvents.It took shorter time for each sample.The phenolic acids were then colorimetrically determined at 725 nm using water and reagents as a blank.The sinapic acid is recommended as the standard sample to draw calibration curve.When the sinapic acid concentration is between 001 mg/ml and 005 mg/ml,the cofficient of correlation(r)is 09981.The results showed that esterified phenolic acid content in the rapeseed meal is high,its percentage to the total phenolic alid is 70%-80%.
