摘 要:目的探讨高蛋白膳食对限食大鼠肠抗氧化功能的影响。方法Wistar雄性大鼠,按体重随机分成五组:正常对照组,喂15%酪蛋白合成饲料,自由摄食;限食1和2组分别按正常对照组摄食量的50%和30%对喂15%酪蛋白合成饲料;补蛋白1和2组分别按正常对照组摄食量的50%和30%对喂30%酪蛋白合成饲料。实验2w后处死大鼠,取血和小肠组织进行检测。结果与相应限食组相比,补蛋白组血清SOD以及肠粘膜和肝脏的SOD、GSH-Px活性均有升高的趋势,并且肠粘膜MDA和血清MDA含量显著下降。结论高蛋白膳食能改善机体及肠粘膜的氧化还原状态,减轻自由基的氧化应激损伤,对限食大鼠肠道抗氧化功能有保护作用。Objective To study the effects of high protein diet on intestinal antioxidation in food restricted rats. Method Forty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into five groups: control group was given 15% casein synthetic diet ad-libitum; food restricted group 1 (FR1)and group 2 (FR2) were pair-fed 15% casein synthetic diet with 50% and 30% intake of the control group respecfively; protein supplemented group 1(SP1) and group 2(SP2) were pair-fed 30% casein synthetic diet with 50% and 30% intake of the control group respectively. Each group was fed for 2 w, then blood and intestinal samples were collected to examine the antioxidative activity. Results Compared with food restricted rats, the activity of serum SOD and the activities of SOD and GSH-Px in intestinal mucosa and liver of protein supplemented groups were also slightly increased. But the contents of MDA in serum and intestinal mucosa were decreased significantly. Conclusion High protein diet can improve the antioxidative activity of the organism and intestinal mucosa, reduce the demages of intestinal cell and mucosa, then show the protective effects on the intestinal antioxidation in food restrict rats.
