摘　　要：研究生导师质量直接影响研究生的教育质量,从导师职责、导师队伍结构的合理化建设以及导师质量评估等方面,结合近年来的办学特色进行了一些探讨。The quality of tutors will affect the quality of graduate student education,The article introduced the function of tutors and the rationalization of building the structure of tutors＇ team,and so on,and discussed some problems which should be copied with in combination with the teaching feature in Capital Medical University.
