摘 要:通过安排运动训练专业学生每个阶段进行为期3—4周的实践工作;开展第二课堂科学研究;参与运动训练的实际教学,早期接触社会实践活动。结果显示:在实践中运用理论知识,既对理论知识的可操作性进行实践,又促进理论知识更深入地掌握。根据课程建设的需要在不同阶段,以不同的组织形式,安排不同的实习内容,循序渐进地培养运动训练学专业学生社会实践能力。加深学生对运动训练工作的理解,增强社会适应能力和社会责任意识。Sports - training majors are instructed to take 3 or 4 weeks' practice in every stage, with which teachers can make scientific research on the secondary class and students can take part in actual teaching and social practice at an early time. Results show that applying theoretical knowledge to practice is quite helpful in both testing the practicability of knowledge and helping students get a profound understanding of theoretical knowledge. The author suggests that teachers can train sports - train- ing majors' social practice ability gradually through different forms of organization and arranging different kinds of practice according to the demand of course building. This can help students better understand how to organize training, easily adapt to the society and develop a good sense of social responsibility.
