摘　　要：基于资源视角(Resource-based view,RBV)和过程模型(Process model),通过分析全国39所高校的调研数据,对高校背景下信息技术应用情况进行了理论和实证的研究尝试,以期为高校信息化决策提供理论支持.Based on resource-based view and process model, by surveying 39 higher education institutions and statistically analyzing the field data with structural equation modeling technique, reasearch and practice on information technology in higher education institutions have been investigated.
