摘　　要：临床医生素质水平的高低直接决定着医院医疗质量和医疗水平。由于教育体制的原因,临床医生普遍缺乏对药剂学知识的了解,已成为影响临床药物治疗水平进一步提高的重要因素。在临床医生继续教育中开展药剂学教学必要性、方法、内容、效果等方面进行了探讨。The knowledge level and medical skills of the clinicians directly determine the medical quality of hospital. Due to the medical education system in China, most of clinicians lack pharmacy knowledge, which has become one of the important factors that influence the effects of clinical used drugs and the medical quality. Therefore, it is very necessary to perform continuing education about pharmaceutics for the clinicians. The methods, content and preliminary result were discussed in this article.
