摘 要:在分析了薄壁阻尼孔或短孔非线性阻尼特性的基础上,推出了铰接式装载机转向回油非线性阻尼系数的计算公式,并将此阻尼力引入到转向液压缸活塞的受力分析中。建立了非线性负荷传感液压转向系统的数学模型,以国产某ZL50G型装载机为实物模型,用实际参数计算了加入非线性阻尼后系统的阻尼比为4.63,增大到原来的4倍多,有效地改善了铰接式装载机这种大惯性负载由于阻尼严重不足所产生的转向稳定性差的问题。利用MATLAB软件以阀芯转角为阶跃信号输入,以转向液压缸活塞位移为输出建立动态仿真模型,对比实际参数的仿真结果,与所计算的阻尼比增大结果相一致,证明了该项研究的正确性,对铰接式装载机转向稳定性的设计和改善具有一定的指导意义。On the basis of analyzing the noninear characteristics of thin-wall damping orifice or short orifice,calculation formula of nonlinear damping coefficient for steering return oil of articulated loader is solved and the damping force is imported into the loading analysis for steering cylinder piston.Mathematical model of nonlinear load- sensing hydraulic steering system is established.Taking a domestic ZL50G loader as a concrete model,the damping ratio of steering system after adding a nonlinear damping is calculated as 4.63 with practical parameters, a more than four times increase to the original,which effectively improved the poor steering stability problem of articulated loader with large inertial loads due to severely inadequate damping.With MATLAB software, a dynamic simulation model is set up with spool angle as step signal input and the piston displacement as output.Compared with simulation results of practical parameters, the calculated damping ratio increase is consistent,which proved correctness of the research.The research features some instructive meaning for the design and improvement of steering stability of articulated loaders.
