摘　　要：数字参考咨询服务是以因特网为基础的服务。高校图书馆通过网络来解答用户提出的问题。详细介绍了数字参考咨询服务的概念、特点、服务方式以及使用情况,指出了当前我国高校图书馆数字参考咨询服务中的不足之处,并提出了改进这一服务的具体建议。Digital reference service （DRS） is an internet-based service.university library can solve users＇ problems through internet.This paper introduces its definition,characteristics,ways of service and circumstances of usage.It also points out the disadvantages of DRS in China nowadays,and puts forward the suggestions to improve the service.
