摘　　要：海洋沉积物微生物多样性是海洋生物多样性的重要组成部分,在海洋生物地球化学循环中发挥着重要作用。随着分子生物学技术的迅速发展,对海洋沉积物微生物多样性的研究取得了一系列的研究成果。介绍了海洋沉积物微生物多样性研究的意义,概述了国内外开展海洋沉积物微生物多样性研究的主要方法和原理、存在问题及发展趋势。Microbial diversity in marine sediment is an important component of marine biodiversity,it plays an important role in geochemical cycle.With the rapid development of molecular biotechnology,many achievements in marine sediments microbial diversity research have been made.The study introduces the meaning of researching the microbial diversity in marine sediment and summarizes the study methods and principles,existing problems and development trend.
