母亲心理健康、教养行为与幼儿焦虑的关系

摘　　要：目的:探讨母亲心理健康、教养行为与幼儿焦虑之间的关系。方法:采用横断研究设计,以整群抽样法从两所普通幼儿园中抽取306名3～6岁幼儿,以Spence学前儿童焦虑量表(母亲报告)的中文修订版、症状自评量表和父母教养行为问卷为研究工具,对幼儿的母亲进行测查。结果:(1)母亲心理健康与幼儿焦虑正相关(r=0.45,P<0.01);(2)母亲的权威教养行为与幼儿焦虑负相关(r=-0.23),专制和放任教养行为与幼儿焦虑正相关(r=0.29,0.19)(均P<0.01);(3)母亲心理健康与权威教养行为负相关(r=-0.32),与专制和放任教养行为正相关(r=0.36,0.26;均P<0.01);(4)专制教养行为在母亲心理健康与幼儿焦虑之间起到部分中介作用(11.82%)。结论:母亲心理健康、教养行为对幼儿的焦虑存在影响,并且专制教养行为在母亲心理健康与幼儿焦虑之间起到部分中介作用。Objective： To investigate the relationships among mothers＇ mental health, parenting behavior, and preschool children＇ anxiety. Methods： A total of 306 children aged 3 - 6 years were selected from two kindergartens, and their mothers were evaluated with the Spence Childreng Anxiety Scale, SCL-90, and Parenting Behavior Questionnaire （ PBQ ） . Results： 1 ） Mothers＇ mental health was positively correlated with children＇s anxiety （ r = 0. 45, P 〈0.01 ） . 2 ） Mothers＇ authoritative parenting behavior was negatively correlated with children＇s anxiety （ r = -0. 23, P 〈 0. 01 ）, authoritarian and permissive parenting behavior was positively correlated with children＇s anxiety （ r = 0. 29, 0. 19 ; P 〈 0. 01 ） . 3 ） Mothers＇ mental health was negatively correlated with authoritative behavior （ r = - 0. 32, P 〈 0. 01） , and positively correlated with authoritarian and permissive parenting behavior （ r = 0. 36, 0. 26; P 〈 0. 01 ） . 4） Mothers＇ authoritarian parenting behavior had partly mediating effect on the relationship between mothers＇ mental health and children＇s anxiety. Conclusions： Mothers＇ mental health and parenting behavior have significant effects on preschool children＇s anxiety, and authoritarian parenting behavior have partly mediating effects on the relationship between mothers＇mental health and children＇s anxiety.
