早产儿早期微量喂养的临床观察

摘　　要：目的研究早期微量喂养对早产儿的生长发育、胃肠功能成熟及生命体征的影响。方法将自2006年11月至2008年11月在我院住院治疗的符合入选标准的68例早产儿,随机分为早喂养和晚喂组。两组一般情况及合并症差异无统计学意义。对两组的生长发育、胃肠耐受情况进行观察监测。结果早喂组恢复出生体重时间,喂养耐受性较晚喂组明显增强,胎粪排空时间更短,差异有统计学意义。结论早期喂养可以促进早产儿胃肠道成熟,改善喂养不耐受,减少喂养并发症。Objective To investigate the effects of early minimal feeding on growth and devolepment,maturation of the gastrointestinal function, feeding complications in premature infants. Methods The study was conducted in the hospital from November 2006 to November 2008.68 infants who met the entry criteria were randomly assigned to two groups（early feeding group and late feeding roup）. No significant difference in general condition and complication between two groups.The parameters inclouding growth and development,tolerance to enteral feedings were monitored. Results In early feeding group,the time for infants to recover their birth weight,enteral feeding tolerance was significantly enhanced,complete passage of econium time was shorter. The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusions Our initial study indicates that early minimal feeding in premature infants can enhance the maturation of gastrointestinal function,lesson feeding intolerance.
