摘　　要：设计了一种可以在实验室产生可靠杂散电流信号的装置。采用增强型单片机STC12C5410AD作为系统的控制核心,根据人机接口电路给定的幅值范围,在合适的时刻给予双向晶闸管触发信号,在整流器的输出端即可得到这种杂散电流信号。系统带有大容量存储器,用于记录每个时刻输出的电压、电流的幅值和被测试样的输出,形成测试数据库,为试验结果的分析提供了依据。整个系统的稳定性和可靠性由硬件保护电路和软件的散转、实时检测来保证。A reliable stray current generation device was designed. The control unit of the system was an advanced MCU STC12C5410AD. Output current amplitude was set by the machine interface. Control unit detected the cross zero signal and trigger the triac at the right time. The output of rectifier is the stray current signal desired. A mass storage facility （MSF） was used for recording the vohage and current of the stray current and the output of the sample. The test result in MSF was called test database which is base of experiment. The stability and reliability of the system was guaranteed by protect circuit and software real-time detecting strategy.
