摘  要:超声波法提取黄芪多糖。单因素试验考察了提取时间、料液比、温度、pH值对黄芪多糖提取率的影响,并通过正交试验优化了提取黄芪多糖的工艺条件。结果表明,超声波法提取黄芪多糖的最佳条件为时间20min/次,提取次数2次,料液比1∶12,pH值9,温度80℃,黄芪多糖的提取率高达96.6%。该方法具有节省溶剂、省时、节能及提取率高等优点。The paper studied the preparative procedure tor ultrasonic extracting polysacchande from Radix Astragali with detection of the extraction time,the ratio of solid to liquid,temperature and pH value by single factor experiment.The parameters of extraction of polysaccharide were ascertained by orthogonal experiment.The optimum condition was as follows:time is 20 minutes of each time and twice,the ratio of solid to liquid is 1:12,pH value is 9,the temperature is 80℃, the extraction ratio of polysaccharide is as high as 96.6 %.The ultrasonic method have the advantage of saving solvent, time and energy as well as high ratio of extraction.
