摘 要:本文分析了米曲霉、黑曲霉、绿色木霉单菌和这3种菌的最佳复配菌及与酵母菌复配的发酵液中总糖、还原糖,以及产物中粗蛋白质收率的变化,探讨其对马铃薯渣生产蛋白质饲料的影响。结果表明:(1)单菌株发酵试验结果表明,米曲霉对马铃薯渣的降解效果最好,将粗蛋白质的收率提高了1.82倍。(2)3种霉菌复配发酵试验的结果表明,米曲霉与黑曲霉复配降解马铃薯渣的效果最好,可将粗蛋白质收率提高1.94倍。(3)米曲霉与黑曲霉的复配菌(1∶1)在与3种酵母菌进行二次复配的试验结果表明,降解马铃薯渣的速度和粗蛋白质的收率均有明显提高,其中与产朊假丝酵母与热带假丝酵母(1∶1)进行二次复配的效果最好,粗蛋白质收率高达10.541g/L,将粗蛋白质的收率提高到2.47倍。The contents of the total sugar and reducing sugar in fermentation fluid of Aspergillus oryzae ,Aspergillus niger and Trichoderma viride separated,mixed and compounded with yeasts and the yield of crude protein in their products were analyzed to study the effects of potato residues on the production of single cell protein.Results were conducted as follows: (1)In the experiments of single-strain fermentation,the best effective strain was A spergillus oryzae.The yield of crude protein was enhanced 1.82 times. (2)In the experiments of multi-strain fermentation with Aspergillus oryzae ,Aspergillus niger and Trichoderma viride ,mixing Aspergillus oryzoe and Aspergillus niger was the most effective in bioticgrading potato residue, and the yield of crude protein enhanced 1.94 times. (3)While the yeasts were added to the fermentation process,the best group was mixed with Candida tropicalis ,Candida utilis ,Aspergillus oryzae and Aspergillus niger together,as the yield of crude protein increased 10.541g/L and 2.47 times.
