摘  要:宁波市的实践显示,随着支教政策的深入推进,其关注重点发生了变化,表现为:由注重把班级学生带好,转变为注重把教师带好,再上升为注重把学校带好;由关注个体行为到关注团队行为,再上升为关注文化改造。从文化的视角来看,关注文化的力量,变重视个体帮扶为文化整合,实施团队化支教、植入式支教等模式,并采取相应的考核与激励措施,是深化支教政策的有效路径。As Ningbo shows, with the advancement of aid-education policy, its attentive focus has undergone certain Changes. The aid-education prograra in counties of Ningbo has shifted its value from the betterment of the performances of the target students to that of the target teachers and to the overall improvement of the target schools, from individual behavior to team performance and to the culture reform. From the perspective of culture; the policy of the aid-education program needs to value the power of culture, shift its focus from supporting individuals to integrating the different school cultures, carry out team aid-education and implantable aid-education mode, and take relevant evaluation and rewarding measures.
