摘  要:性情是指一个人本真的情感、感受力及相对应的对人、对己、对事的态度和行为方式的综合。性情与教师专业发展关系密切。优良的性情能够促进教师的专业发展,防范与规避不良性情也是教师专业发展的现实要求。The temperament means one person's trueemotion, experience capacity and integration of his or her attitude toward people, himself or herself, and things and behavior way. The temperament closely relates to the teacher professional development. The fine temperament can advance teacher professional development. It is also the practical requirement of teacher professional development to prevent and evade the bad temperament
