摘  要:以白肋烟‘TN86’为研究对象,在烟株砍收前,对烟叶进行根瘤土壤杆菌属WB5(Agrobaterium tumefa-cien)菌液喷施处理,以喷洒清水为对照,研究了调制期间的优势细菌种群及其变化,测定了优势菌株的硝酸盐还原能力.结果表明:喷洒WB5菌液的烟叶,在调制期的15-50 d的过程中,它们的优势菌株包含有较强的亚硝酸还原能力的假单胞菌和根瘤菌,而对照则没有此类菌株.喷洒WB5菌液,能够改变调制中后期的微生物类群,使具有亚硝酸盐还原能力的菌株种类占据绝对优势;同时分离出1种Paracoccus菌,该菌株具有较强的亚硝酸还原能力.Leaves of burley tobacco 'TN86' were sprayed with WB5(Agrobaterium tumefacien) strain isolated from the midrib of thirty samples of burley TRM,while the control was sprayed with water.The leaves were collected every 5 days during air-curing.The dominant bacteria strains were isolated from the collected leaves by general isolation method and were identified by morphological,physio-biochemical characteristics,and 16S rDNA sequence analysis method.The main difference in bacteria strains was that those isolated from the treated samples during air-curing for 16-50 days contained Pseudomonas and Rhizobium which had been shown to decrease TSNA accumulation in cured leaves due to their ability to reduce nitrites,while those isolated from the control did not.By analyzing these isolated strains,it was shown that spraying WB5 strain treatment changed the bacteria species allowing the reduction of nitrite formation.
