摘　　要：在改革开放的进程中,电大教育是促进地方经济社会建议的重要力量。重庆电大已经成为城乡统筹的重要资源。充分发挥电大远程教育在提升城乡居民整体素质和推进高等教育大众化中的独特作用,是重庆统筹城乡发展,"率先实现"全面小康社会的需要。In China's reform and opening-up, TVU education is a main force in facilitating the local social and economic development.Chongqing TVU has become an important resource in urban and rural overall planning.For Chongqing's overall development and realization of a well-off society, it is necessary to exert fully the unique function of TVU education in promoting the quality of citizens and the popularization of higher education.
