摘　　要：围绕地方性本科院校创新性应用型人才培养,从适应化工高等教育发展的高度,分析了新时期化工高等教育的新形势、新要求、新特点。结合化工专业课程教学实践,着重从加强实践和适应新时期化工高等教育教学新形势等方面,介绍了化工类创新型人才培养实践的做法和措施。New position, requirement and characteristics of chemical engineering higher education in new age were analyzed for talent cultivation in applied type university. Emphasizing experiment and exercise teaching, the practice, the experience and the effects of cultivating innovative and applied type talent in chemical engineering education were introduced.
