摘　　要：高等师范院校培养的是未来的人民教师,他们的素质如何对将来的教育有着深远的影响。因此,高等师范院校实施文化素质教育具有重要的实践意义。本文着力探索了实施文化素质教育应遵循的原则和实践方式。The task of high normal university is to cultivate future people＇s teachers, whose quality has a significant impact on the future education. Therefore, the implement of culture quality education in high normal university has an important practical significance. This paper discussed the principles and implementation manners of culture quality education.
