摘　　要：目的:提高对Peutz-Jeghers综合征的认识以助诊断治疗。方法:通过收治的1例Peutz-Jeghers综合征病例,检索文献并收集、整理,对Peutz-Jeghers综合征临床分析。结果:Peutz-Jegher综合征与STK11基因有关,可癌变和增加其它部位发生肿瘤的危险性,有三大特征、并发症和其手术适应症,患者要定期做消化道检查。结论:Peutz-Jeghers综合征应受到足够的重视。Objective：To diagnose and treatment peutz-jeghers syndrome through improving its knowledge.Methods：To retrieve literature to collect and sort out useful ones in order to have a clinical analyzing of peutz-jeghers syndrome through a case of peutz-jeghers syndrome.Results：peutz-jeghers syndrome is relevant to gene STK11.It might be changed into carcinoma and increase danger on tumor of other parts.It has three clinical feature,compilcation and operation indication.peutz-jeghers syndrome patients should have a periodical indication. peutz-jeghers syndrome patients should have a periodical check of the digestive tract.Conclusion：peutz-jeghers syndrome should be paid more attention.
