摘　　要：就中医学而言,"哲"、"医"密不可分。这突出表现在中医学理论的奠基时期———先秦哲学对中医学的影响上。《黄帝内经》前很多古文献清晰地反映了先秦哲学对医学的渗透:《左传》、《国语》、《战国策》、《周易》、《周礼》、《道德经》、《吕氏春秋》,以及出土古佚书等。细致考察先秦哲学对中医学的影响,对中医哲学研究而言,具备基础性意义。As far as Chinese medicine, philosophy and medicine are closely connected, which outstandingly lies in the influence of phi- losophy of the pre - qin days on Chinese medicine. Before the appearance of Canon of Medicine, many ancient literatures such Zuo Zhuan, Lun Yu, etc. obviously reflected the influence of philosophy of the pre - qin days on Chinese medicine. The in - depth exploration of the influence of philosophy of the pre - qin days on Chinese medicine is of great significance to the study of Chinese medicine philosophy.
