摘　　要：风险态度和个体教育、就业选择之间的关系是国外教育经济学研究关注的焦点之一。从教育经济学的视角,系统地回顾和总结了国外关于个体风险态度问题研究的思路、方法和结论,理解风险态度在教育决策和劳动力市场选择中的重要性,为更好地思考风险态度对教育决策的影响,为个人教育、就业选择问题提供有价值的参考。The relationship among risk attitude, individual education and employment choice is one of the focuses of educational economics research in foreign countries. From the perspective of educational economics , the paper reviews and sums up the ways, methods and conclusions of individual risk attitude research in foreign countries,understands the importance of individual risk attitude in decision-making and labor market choice, thinks the impact on educational decision better, and provides valuable reference for individual education and employment choice.
