高校保险实践教学体系的合理构建

摘　　要：随着中国保险业的迅速发展,对保险人才的需求量也逐年增加,而目前保险专业的高等教育在实践教学方面存在着一定的误区,难以为保险公司提供急需的复合型应用人才。基于保险学科的应用性和实践性较强的特点,高校应当改革当前的保险实践教育,合理构建起校内实验、校外实习、学生第二课堂的三位一体的教学体系,并为完善这一实践教学体系采取关键性的措施。With the Chinese insurance industry developing rapidly, insurance talent demand has been increasing steadily. However, there exist some pitfalls in the insurance practical teaching in the higher education, which has led to the shortage of multifunctional and applicational talent. Because of insurance discipline＇s characteristics of application and practice, universities should reform the present insurance practical teaching model, building a logical 3 dimensions teaching system including experiment course in the university, out-of-school internship program, and the second class. In order to improve the practice teaching system, some key measures also should be taken.
