摘　　要：根据全球卫星导航系统及我国"北斗"系统的建设和发展,阐述了国际民航组织对GNSS的定义及性能要求。结合当前GNSS运行情况,探讨了将"北斗二号"纳入GNSS运行的可行性及必然性,阐明了GNSS多系统兼容运行的优势。The construction and development of GNSS and Compass are introduced in this paper. Definition and performance requirement of GNSS by ICAO are analyzed in detail. Based on operation of GNSS at present, probability and inevitability of feasibility of GNSS operation integrated with compass are discussed. Advantage of GNSS operation integrated with compass is explained clearly at last.
