摘　　要：在对与时间有关问题的几种解法（变换法、时间的有限差分法和采用与时间有关的基本解）进行评述的基础上，采用稳态问题的基本解，经过严格和详细的数学推导，采用新的方法，推出对控制微分方程为双曲型和抛物型的与时间有关问题的两套解答公式．提供了几种可供选用的坐标函数．用简单的方法把问题简化为仅与边界有关的公式．On the basis of discussing several methods (transformation, finite differential of time and using a time dependent fundamental solution) of solving the time dependent problems, an alternative boundary element formulation for parabolic and hyperbolic problems was developed using a steady state fundamental solution through detailed mathematical deductions. Three distinct classes of coordinate functions were offered. The problems were converted to boundary related formulas in a simple way.
