摘　　要：借助于SECI模型的主导思想,基于核转化元的知识转化测度模型的设计能够有效地揭示知识转化系统的复杂性运作过程,为知识转化绩效的生成提供科学的理论解释,同时为知识转化绩效的实证研究提供了有效的工具性平台.According to the idea of SECI model, the knowledge transfer model based on core transfer cell could unveil the complicated procedure of knowledge transfer system and provide reasonable explanation for the creation of transfer performance, and simultaneously provide reliable implement platform for the empirical study of knowledge transfer performanee.
