摘　　要：文章叙述了本院材料成型与控制技术专业示范建设的主要任务，提出了教学团队建设的目标、思路，重点介绍了材料成型与控制技术专业教学团队建设的具体内容，提出了校企合作、工学结合培养“双专业带头人”、“双骨干教师”和“双师素质教师”的教学团队建设措施。The paper states the principal tasks of nation -level major, that is, Material forming and control major ,and puts forward the target and thought of construction of the teaching team. , and focuses on the contents of it especially in the Material forming and control major. The paper also brings up the measures to develop core teachers＇ to teach in multiple disciplines and the enhancement of the construction of ＂Double Type＂ teaching staff though college - business cooperation and ＂Work - Integrated Learning＂ cultivation mode.
