摘  要:[目的]探索欧李嫩枝扦插繁殖技术以及不定根形成机理。[方法]从激素种类、浓度与处理时间和扦插基质等方面入手,研究了影响欧李嫩枝扦插成活率的主导因素,并且采用石蜡切片法对欧李插条不定根的形成进行了解剖学研究。[结果]生根剂影响欧李嫩枝扦插成活率的最佳组合是:ABT生根粉2号1 000 mg/L、处理30.0~60.0 min,生根率均高于78%,是清水对照平均生根率20.7%的3.8倍 基质对欧李嫩枝扦插影响的试验得出,ABT生根粉2号以1 000~1 500 mg/L,在珍珠岩+河沙基质中生根率最高,其次是在河沙基质中。[结论] 生根剂类型是影响欧李嫩枝扦插育苗生根率高低的第一关键因子 欧李插条不定根原始体为诱生根原始体。[ Objective ] The research aimed to explore the cutting propagation technique and mechanism of shoot adventitious root formation of Prunus humilis(Bge). Sok. [ Method ] Researching the effects of types and concentrations of hormone, treatment time and cutting matrix on cutting survival rate of Prunes humilis (Bge). Sok Using paraffin method proceeded anatomical study on shoot adventitious root formation of Prunus humilis (Bge). Sok. [ Result ] The results showed that the best combination of rooting agent was 1 000 mg/L ABT rooting powder No. 2 treating cutting shoot for 30.0 - 60.0 min, the rooting rate is over 78% , but the average rooting rate of control is 20.7% ; the effects of matrix on cutting shoot showed that 1 000 - 1 500 mg/L ABT rooting powder No. 2 added into perlite + sand matrix, the rooting rate is highest, secondary in the sand matrix. [ Conclusion] The first key factor that effeeting rooting rate of cutting shoot of Prunus humilis(Bge). Sok. was the types of rooting agent, The adventitious root rudiment was induced root rudiment.
