野生豆腐柴总黄酮及微量元素的测定

摘　　要：采用分光光度法和原子吸收测定法,分别对秦巴山区野生豆腐柴中的总黄酮及铁、钙、锌、镁、铜5种微量元素进行了测定。结果表明:秦巴山区野生豆腐柴含总黄酮为6.06%;含5种微量元素为Ca 12 574μg/g、Fe 1 830.5μg/g、Mg 4 312.5μg/g、Zn 41.5μg/g、Cu29.5μg/g。截至目前,豆腐柴中总黄酮及微量元素含量的测定尚未见有类似的报道,故这一测定结果对开发利用豆腐柴这一野生资源起着重要作用。The study determines the contents of total flavone, Fe, Ca, Zn, Mg and Ca with spectrophotometer and atomic absorption methods. The results show that the total flavonoid content is 6.06%, Ca is 12 574 μg/g, Fe is 1 830. 5 μg/g, Mg is 4 312. 5 μg./g, Zn is 41.5 μg/g, Cu is 29.5 μg/g. There isn＇ t a similar report about the determination the total flavone and microelements of premna microphylla turcz, so it plays an important role in researching and developing the resource of premna microphylla Turcz.
