摘　　要：报道了在无水乙酸钠存在下，蔗糖和乙酸酐反应合成蔗糖八乙酸酯（ＳＯＡ）。适宜的反应条件为：蔗糖∶乙酸酐∶无水乙酸钠＝１∶８５∶０６（摩尔比），反应温度１３４～１３６℃，反应时间１ｈ，产品收率可达９６２％。产品质量符合ＵＳＰⅩⅩⅢ之规定。The synthesis of sucrose octaacetate(SOA) from sucrose with acetic anhydride in the presence of anhydrous sodium acetate is reported. The reaction conditions recommended are as follows: the molar ratio of sucrose to acetic anhydride to anhydrous sodium acetate is 1∶8.5∶0.6, reaction temperature is 134～136℃, reaction time is 1h. The yield is 96.2%(based on sucrose). This product meets the specifications for SOA in USP ⅩⅩⅢ.
