摘　　要：医药信息管理与信息系统作为一门新兴的交叉性学科,本科专业建设正处于不断完善之中,专业人才培养模式成为重要研究课题。通过对我国该专业近10年来招生规模和学校类型变化进行网上调查,分析了目前医药信息管理专业人才培养与社会需求的差距,提出了面向社会需求的医药信息管理专业人才培养的三种模式:医药企业信息技术导向型培养模式、卫生信息管理导向型培养模式和医药信息资源导向型培养模式。Medical information management and information system is an emerging intersectional subject,so the undergraduate education is still under construction and the talent training mode becomes an important research issue. Through the internet,this paper has investigated the enrollment scales and the college types of this specialty during recent 10 years, analyzed the difference between the talent training of the specialty and the social demands currently, and proposed three social demand-oriented modes： namely, medical enterprise information technology-oriented training mode, health information management-oriented training mode and medical information resource-oriented training mode.
