摘 要:地方医学院校主要培养面向基层的初级合格医师,强化能力培养,使毕业生掌握医学基本技能,能防能治,适应基层卫生工作的需要。临床能力是在临床工作中最常用、最基本、最具有代表性和迁移性的临床活动,是医学各专业素质的核心内容。而包括培养过程在内的各种因素影响了医学生临床能力的培养,探索提高医学生临床能力的途径与方法成为当务之急。从2000年-2007年,三峡大学医学院有组织的系统开展了医学生临床能力培养的研究与实践,包括课程设置的重组优化、教学内容与方法、教学手段的改革、形成性评价与终结性评价相结合考核方法的建立等,取得了明显的效果。Local medical educational institutions are mainly training the junior qualified doctors from grass-roots level. Through this training, they are supposed to strengthen capacity-building and master basic skills for preventing and treating disease. Hence, they will adapt to the grass-roots health work. Clinical competence is the most commonly used, fundamental, representative and migratory in clinical activities. And it is the core of all the medical professional qualities. Some factors including the training process have affected medical students' clinical competence. It becomes a top priority to find out how to improve the medical graduates clinical competence. From 2000 to 2007, Medical College of China Three Gorges University conducted a research and practice on cultivating medical students' clinical competence systematically. The approaches are optimization of the curriculum,reformation of teaching methods and contents,construction of combined formative evaluation and summative assessment. It has achieved remarkable results.
