摘 要:目的通过对急救模拟培训前、后急诊科护士急救技能水平的比较,探讨急诊科急救技能教学方法的改进。方法由护士长带领选拔2名操作技能优秀的急诊科护士担当小教员,对在急诊科护士进行急救模拟培训,1次/年,3年共计34名护士进行培训。在示教室设置场景,规范操作,实战练习,边叙述边操作,培训1次/周,时间1~2h,共培训7周。由过去的单纯讲课提问改为集体授课,分组模拟培训,并对培训前、后急诊科护士急救技能水平进行比较。结果模拟培训后急诊科护士掌握急救知识和急救操作技能均较培训前水平有明显提高(P〈0.01)。结论模拟培训可以进一步增强急诊科护士急救意识,进一步规范急诊科护士抢救程序。Objective To evaluate the effects of first aid training in simulated scene on improvement of the first aid skills of emergency department nurses. Methods First aid simulation training once a year with the duration of 7 weeks and 1-2 hours a week was conducted 2006-2008. Totally 34 nurses, 4 males, and 30 females, aged 26, most with the college diploma, were trained. The content included lectures and virtual training of emergency treatment skills in simulated scenes in group. 1~2 weeks later examination in the forms of virtual operation was given to all the trainees. Results The scores of practical (or virtual) manipulations, such as opening of air way, extra-thoracic cardiac compression, electric defibrillation, etc, and the score of first aid service awareness were significantly higher than those before the training (all P〈0.05, P〈0.01). Conclusion Simulated training is effective to raise the nurses' emergency treatment consciousness and helps standardize the saving procedures.
