摘　　要：教学质量的提升关键在于教师质量,教师质量提升的关键在于教师的专业化。澳大利亚TAFE学院在推进教师专业化进程中,采取了完善教师资格证书制度、建立教学专业标准以及加强教师在职培训等措施,为实现教师专业化提供了重要的政策保障。The key to improve the quality of teaching is teacher＇s quality,whose improvement lies on teacher＇s professionalization. TAFE in Australia has taken important measures in pushing forward teacher＇s professionalization,which include the perfection of teacher＇s certification system,the establishment of teacher＇s professional .standard and the strengthening for teacher＇s in-service training,all of which may serve as policy guarantee for teacher＇s professionalization.
