摘　　要：集群企业成为21世纪区域经济发展的重要特征,而在集群内各企业之间存在着巨大的知识流,如何发挥集群企业特有的知识共享优势,提升企业知识创新能力,是我们亟待解决的现实问题。本文根据知识创新的循环系统分析,构建基于知识共享的集群企业知识创新系统,以期实现最大化的知识创新利益目标。In the 21st century, cluster enterprises is an important feature of region＇s economic development, there is existing the gigantic knowledge stream in the cluster enterprise. How to play a unique advantage of knowledge-sharing among cluster enterprises and enhance enterprises innovation capability, are that we need to solve the practical problems. Based on the analysis of the circulatory system of knowledge innovation, this article builds the knowledge innovation system of cluster enterprises based on building a knowledge-sharing, to look forward to attaining the knowledge innovation benefit maximizing＇s objectives.
