摘　　要：美国高校学生事务管理是美国大学在由殖民学院向现代大学转变的过程中逐渐产生,并随着高等教育大众化、市场化而日益完善起来的,其法律基础的形成包含了历史传统、政治体制、文化体系、教育模式等各方面因素,并在新时期开始衍化,呈现出与市场化接轨、人性化融合、学习化竞合、资助化结合的发展态势,为我国高校学生管理走向国际化提供了重要的参考。American college student affairs management is gradually generated by the process of the change of colonial American university to the modern university, and is getting perfect with marketization and popularization of higher education. The legal foundation for its formation contains a historical tradition, political system, cultural system, and mode of education and other factors. At the beginning of the new era, the legal foundation began to be derived, showing a line with the market-orientation, personalized integration of competing study, the combination of funding development, and it provides an important reference for internationalized China＇s college student affairs management.
