摘　　要：文章批评了流行甚广的"网络道德作用弱化论",认为网络道德对和谐网络社区的建设具有极其重要的作用。目前的网络社区尚处于初级伦理型网络社区,通过自律和他律的作用,网络社区将趋于理性,走向成熟伦理型网络社区。This paper criticizes the prevalent ＂malfunction of moral in cyberspace＂ doctrine, and argues that the internet moral plays a very important role in the evolution of the harmonious internet community. The current internet community is still at the primary stage of the moral-based community; however, with the function of autonomy and heteronomy, it will become more rational and reach the mature stage of the moral-based community.
