摘　　要：对新时期高校就业指导工作的现状以及存在的问题进行深入的分析,提出了转变传统的就业指导工作观念,树立开展全程化的就业指导工作的理念;加强学生就业指导队伍建设,建立一支观念新、业务精的就业指导队伍;改革就业指导模式,提高就业指导的针对性和实效性;建立高效的职业生涯规划指导信息系统,提高人才资源配置的水平等措施,以促进我国高等教育持续快速健康发展以及人才强国战略的实施。College career guidance on the current status and problems in an in-depth analysis, proposed to change the traditional concept of career guidance work, to carry out the whole set of the concept of career guidance work; to strengthen the career guidance of students building, the concept of the establishment of a new, professional team of career guidance; The reform of career guidance models, enhance employment guidance of pertinence and effectiveness; the establishment of effective career planning and guidance information systems, improve the level of human resources and other measures to promote China＇s sustained, rapid and healthy development of higher education, as well as the implementation of this strategy.
