摘 要:人力资源管理实践与企业绩效的关系是研究的热点问题。至今,已有不少学者对此进行过研究,并取得了丰硕成果,但在研究过程中仍存在一些问题。这些问题的解决,有利于有效理解人力资源管理实践与企业绩效的关系和企业有效开展实践活动。在回顾以往研究的基础上,分析其中存在的不足,可此据此指出将来研究的方向,以期为人力资源管理实践与企业绩效之间的"黑箱"的明朗化提供基础。Human resource management practices and firm performance are the research focus. Many research- ers have carried out a lot of researches on this topic, and have obtained fruitful achievements, but there are some problems in the process of research. The resolution of these problems is to understand the relationship between hu- man resource management practices and firm performance effectively, and execute the practices for firms. In order to achieve this purpose, and in an attempt to provide guidelines for future research in China and provide the basis for the practice of Chinese enterprises, based on reviewing previous researches, this paper analyzes the primary problems in previous research, and provides somes issues that should be paid more attention in future research in China according to these issues.
