摘 要:本研究的对象是"体质教育论"。主要分析了构成"体质教育论"的几个关键词"真义体育"、"身体教育"、"增强体质"。结论是:(1)通过对"真义体育"之争("三基论"与"技能论"之争)的整理,发现了"能力论"与"内容论"的课题;(2)通过对"身体"和"教育"的分析,指出为了"身体教育"理论的完善,有必要把"运动技能"也纳入"身体教育"体系,有必要关注身体的意识及感觉感知方面;(3)指出了体质课上最应该解决的问题是,教师通过适当的(运动)教材,促使学生通过自己的身体(运动)感觉感知到自己的身体状况,进而,学生才有可能意识到用运动(方法)去改善自己的体质。The object of this study is the Education Theory of Physique. This article mainly analyzes the following keywords: conceptual P. E. , Physical Education, and Strengthen Physique. The conclusion is: 1 ) the topics of Ability Theory and of Content Theory turn up while we sorting the debating of Conceptual P. E. ( between Three--basis Theory and Technique Theory) ; 2 ) by analyzing physique and education, it is concluded that it is necessary to conclude motor skill into the system of physical education, and (it is ) necessary to pay attention to body consciousness and body sensation and perception; 3)it is pointed out that, the problem should be resolved first is that teachers urge/spur students to use sports and their bodies to sense and perceive their physique state by proper sports teaching material, and then, will students realize they need method of sports to improve their physical state.
