摘　　要：建设社会主义新农村,就要创建与之适应的新农村教育,就难以回避新农村教育改革的三大问题。功能"定位",是新农村教育改革必须解决的首要问题;结构"调整"问题,是新农村教育改革的核心问题;个性"演化",是新农村教育改革的根本问题。To build a new socialist countryside, it is necessary to build corresponding education. As a consequence, it is inevitable to solve three big issues of education reform in the new countryside： functional localization, structural adjustment and characteristic evolution.
