摘  要:在价值观多元化条件下,传统学校道德教育面临着困境与挑战。造成这一现状的原因是多方面的,既有学校德育自身方法上时代性的缺失,又与受教育者需要的多元化有着重要的关系。因此,学校道德教育的改革应着眼分析价值观多元化产生的根源,坚持一元化标准,同时也应转变德育理念,实行主体间性德育,并通过各种德育实践活动培养学生的道德实践能力。As China's social transformation, values diversity are increasingly appeared in our society. The traditional moral education in schools are faced with difficulties and challenges under values diversity. Caused by this situation are many reasons: for both their own methods of moral education in schools and lack of age with the need for the diversification of the educated has also an important relationship. Therefore, the reform of moral education in schools should focus on the analysis of the root values of diversity, uphold the unification of standards, should also be changes in moral philosophy, the implementation of inter-subjectivity of moral education and moral education through a variety of practical activities to develop students ability to moral practice.
