摘　　要：大学实验教学的效果直接影响人才培养的质量.为了提高教学质量,应加强对学生创新能力、实践能力的培养.实践表明坚持开放实验教学,加强校企合作,是培养创新型人才的有效途径.The university experimental teaching result directly affects the quality of personnel training. In order to improve the quality of teaching, it is necessary to enhance students＇ innovation ability, and to cultivate practical ability. Practice shows that strengthening school-enterprise cooperation and adherence to open experimental teaching are effective ways to nurture creative talents.
