高职院校产学研合作教育的问题及其对策

摘　　要：针对高职院教育发展过程中的生产、教学和科研三方合作方面存在的问题加以剖析,并从企业、校方和教职员工三个层面就校企合作、教学资源分配和科研团队形成等提出相应的解决方案。This paper points out some new problems existing in Teaching-Research-Production Cooperative Education, providing a supplement for the former findings. Through the analysis of the causes for these problems, from the three aspects of enterprises, schools and teaching staff, this paper puts forward some countermeasures concerning the cooperation between school and enterprise, the distribution of teaching resources, and the forming of scientific research team.
