摘  要:中国古代学者积累的治学论,源远流长,丰富精彩,对当今的教育教学理论有很多可资借鉴的宝贵资源。学习是使人发展天性、改变习性、使其"知心、知性、知天"的最基本途径;学习理论中把人性问题作为关注与研究的核心,这是教育理论应当借鉴的;学习理论注重对人性功能的研究,尤其对知、情、意、行的认知发展过程和规律的研究与论述,这是教育理论中少有的。学习理论既有对静态的学习概念、性质、目的、因素、条件、方法的研究与论述,也有对动态的认知发生、思维活动、情感欲望、步骤过程的研究与描述;它把学习者视为"种子",强调内在动因,侧重生发、发生与价值研究;重认知发展,更重实践活动;重智力开发和学习能力的培养,更重德识才学创新素质的养成。这些学习理论中的规律性认识,都说明学习从属于发展、教育从属于学习的基本原理。从本文论述的学习与发展的关系、学与教的关系、学习理论对教育教学理论的启迪与影响看,学习理论确实是建构教育教学理论的科学依据。The accumulated learning theory from Chinese ancient scholar, long standing and rich in excitement, is the precious resource with referential use to the education and teaching theory today. Learning is the most basic way to develop human nature, to improve habits, to thinking whole heartedly, know one's inherent desires, understanding one's life mission. Learning theory take the humanity issue as the the concerned and research core. This shoud be used for reference to education theory. Learning theory focuses on function ofhuman nature, especially for the research and dissertation about the process and law of cognitive development of knowledge, sensibility, volition and behavior; and which is lacking in education theory. Learning theory research on both the static learning concepts such as the nature, purpose, factors, conditions, methods, and the dynamics concepts such as cognitive occurrence, thinking activity, emotion and desire, steps and process. Taking leraner as "seed", stressing internal motive, emphasizing particularly on happening, evolution and value research, attaching importance to cognitive development and practical activities, attaching importance to intelligence development and learning ability training, greater emphasis on cultivation of morality, knowledge and innovative quality, all of these regularity understandings illuminate the basic principle that learning is subject to development, education is subject to learning. According to the relationship of learning and development, education, the enlightenment and influence of learning theory to education and teaching theory, learning theory is scientific basis by constructing education and teaching theory in faith.
